摘要
学科带头人是大学发展的"主体性要素",其基本定位是"领导型学者"。学科带头人的成长包括"学术素质"提升和"领导能力"发展两个方面,同时又与其所在学科的成长是协同共生的。一般而言,单个"学术人"学术能力的提升并非完全意义上的学科带头人的成长,他的成长是通过学科成长发展的阶段性表征体现出来的。当前,大学学科带头人多为历史的"自然成长",普遍存在科学引领学科发展的能力危机。为此,需要加强学科带头人在学科战略规划、队伍整合、资源获取、民主决策与管理等方面能力的培养。
Academic leaders are the "key elements" of the development of a university, whose basic orientation should be "leading scholars". The growth of an academic leader includes two important aspects: upgrade of "academic quality" and development of "leadership ability". The growth of academic leaders has a collaborative and symbiotic relationship with the growth of the research fields. However, the upgrade of academic ability of academics does not equal to the growth of academic leaders. The growth of academic leaders is demonstrated by the stage characteristics of the growth and development of the research they leading. Most of current academic leaders in university are out of historical "natural growth", which results in the crisis due to lacking capacity to leading their research field scientifically. Therefore, there is a need for strengthening the cultivation and development of the capacities including strategic planning of the subject, team integration, accessing resources, and democratic decision-making and management.
