摘要
学科带头人不仅是高校实现培养人才、科学研究和服务社会职能的支柱力量,更是高水平大学和创新型国家建设的重要方面军。通过对30年来学科带头人队伍重要性、存在问题及原因分析等主要议题的研究,未来应在如何科学界定学科带头人、选拔培养高层次学科带头人、构建学科团队机制、优化学科科研环境、完善评价体系等方面进行探索。
Academic leaders are not only the pillar strength of the talent training in colleges ,and scientific re-search and social service ,but also important army of function of university of high level and innovative nation . Through doing research of main research issues of the academic leaders team construction 30 years,we should focus on the future scientific definition , selection of training high-level discipline leaders , building discipline team operation mechanism ,optimizing the environment of subject research ,exploring further the evaluation sys-tem of scientific research .
