丢糟秸秆混料降解中NaOH-过氧乙酸预处理的研究 被引量:1

Investigating Alkali-peracetic Acid Pretreatment Parameters for Enzyme Hydrolysis of Fermented Grains and Straw

摘要 研究了NaOH-过氧乙酸预处理过程中多个参数对丢糟秸秆混料酶解效果的影响,以预处理后原料糖产率和初始原料糖产率为指标,得到优化预处理条件为:NaOH浓度0.5 mol/L,121℃处理5 min;过氧乙酸浓度0.27 mol/L,75℃水浴90 min。在底物浓度为5%,酶解48 h的条件下,预处理后原料的还原糖、葡萄糖和木糖产率分别为754.76mg/g,410.10 mg/g和198.33 mg/g;初始原料的还原糖、葡萄糖和木糖产率分别为292.85 mg/g,159.12 mg/g和76.95mg/g。通过预处理参数优化,预处理后原料的糖产率提高了25%左右,初始原料的糖产率提高了1倍。 The effects of several parameters of NaOH-peracetic acid pretreatment on enzyme hydrolysis of a mixture of fermented grains and straw were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions are pretreatment with 0.5 mol/ L NaOH at 121 ~C for 5 min, and further treatment with 0.27 mol/L peraeetic acid at 75 ~C for 90 min. Under the optimal pretreatment conditions, the yields of reducing sugars, glucose and xylose calculated by pretreated material were 754.76 rag/ g, 410.10 mg/g and 198.33 mg/g, respectively, and the yields of reducing sugars, glucose and xylose calculated by raw material were 292.85 mg/g, 159.12 mg/g and 76.95 mg/g, respectively, after 48 h of enzyme degradation. Increases of about 25% for sugar yields calculated by pretreated material and 100% for sugar yields calculated by raw material were obtained after the oofimization.
