摘要
研究了超声波辅助预处理甜菜、甜高粱秸秆和甘蔗等糖料植物提高纤维酶解得率的方法。试验结果表明,采用超声波辅助预处理可以有效提高纤维的酶解得率:未经超声波辅助预处理时,三种糖料植物纤维的酶解率分别为24.16%,17.35%,10.2%;稀碱-超声波预处理后,酶解率分别为37.85%,27.3%,25.4%;稀酸-超声波预处理,酶解率分别达到52.91%,51.4%,48.1%。
Ultrasonic-assisted pretreatment of sugar plants was studied. The results indicated that the hydrolysis rates of sugar plants were improved by ultrasonic. Without ultrasonic-assisted pretreatment the hydrolysis rate of beet, sweet sorghum straw and sugarcane were24.16%, 17.35%, 10.2%, respectively. When ultrasonic was combined with 1% dilute al-kali, the hydrolysis rates were 37.85%, 27.3%, 25.4%, respectively. And with 1%dilute sulfuric acid, the hydrolysis rates were 52.91%, 51.4%, 48.1%, respectively.
