混合打浆对化机浆与化学浆性能的影响

Effects of Blend Refining on Paper Properties of APMP and Chemical Pulp

摘要 对APMP纸浆单独打浆、与化学浆混合打浆及其抄纸进行了初步研究。分析APMP浆单独打浆及APMP浆与化学浆混合打浆后纸浆的抄纸性能,通过比较,得到优化方案。在APMP、LBKP、NBKP配比分别为18%、10%、72%时混合配抄,能够得到最好的纸张性能,松厚度为1.819cm^3·g^(-1),抗张指数为59.65N·m·g^(-1)。 A preliminary research on the paper made only by APMP, and by the mixture pulp of APMP and KP were studied. In the end, we got the optimal combination from the two situations, when paper made by the mixture of LBKP(10%), APMP(18%) and NBKP(72%), we got the best paper properties: tensile index 1.819N·m·g-1, and bulk about 59.65 cm3·g-1.
