摘要
研究常规四段漂(CEHD)H段中添加漂白助剂加强漂白的效果。结果表明,漂白助剂对浆纤维有较好的保护作用,能提高漂白浆产率、浆黏度和白度优良率。其中漂白浆产率提高1.43%,平均黏度提高了181mL/g;在助漂剂用量较低的情况下竹、桉混合浆的质量稳定。
In the paper, the effect of bleaching with assistant added to H stage of the normal four DuanPiao （CEHD） in order to strengthen bleaching was studied. The results showed that, bleaching assistant had a good protection effec to the pulp fibe,and could increase the yield of bleached pulp, improved the viscosity and the the excellence rate of the post color values, among them, the yield of bleached pulp was increased by 1.43%, the average viscosity also raised 181 mL/g. The quality of the pulp mixed with bamboo and eucalyptus with a small of bleaching assistant in H sta^e could keep stable.
