废竹质纤维水解工艺的研究

摘要 考察了水解工艺对废竹质纤维还原糖产率的影响。实验表明:颗粒度、水解温度、pH值影响着竹质纤维还原糖产率,颗粒度被破碎成80~150目、温度120℃、pH4.0实验条件下,水解40min后竹质纤维纤维素、木质素含量分别为52.24%、16.33%,还原糖产率54.29mg/g干原料,是未水解的2.67倍;温度影响最为显著,在其他条件不变情况下,水解温度从120℃升至180℃,竹质纤维纤维素含量提高13.63%(达59.36%),还原糖产率提高327.33%(达232.00mg/g干原料)。 The effects of reducing sugar on the yield of bamboo residues powder were investigated. The experimental results showed that mesh count, temperature and the pH of the hydrolysis effectively enhanced the reducing sugar yield. The Bamboo of 80 - 150 mesh count were pretreated by hydrolysis with pH 4.0 and 120℃ temperature for 40 min. The cellulose, the lignin contents and the reducing sugar yields were reached at 52.24% , 16.33% and 54.29mg/g,respectively. The temperature had a significant influence on the yields: under the same conditions ,when the temperature raised from 120℃ to 180℃ , the cellulose contents were increased about 13.63% and the reducing sugar was increased 327.33% , up to 232.00mg/g.
