摘要
结合武汉科技学院学报多年来的实践 ,探讨了高校学报与科研人才培养的关系。指出高校学报可以激发科研人员创新能力与积极性 ;为科研人员提供科研信息 ;培育学术新人 ;培养科技人员的科研道德 ;引导科研人员的科研方向 。
Based on the practice in Journal of Wuhan Institute of Science and Technology, this paper has probed into the relationship between university Journals and the training of sceintific research personnels. And it has also pointed out that university journal plays an important role in many aspects.
