摘要
随着社会的进步,烹饪协会这一集中突出餐饮生产环节的组织名称也逐渐呈现出局限性。通过系统立足微观"中国烹饪协会"社会责任和职能错位,结合关键词汇在人类饮食活动过程中纵向发展和横向对比的确切文化内涵,探讨其组织名称的选择问题,并进一步从职能演进的视角思考"中国烹饪协会"名称的局限性,中国烹饪协会更名为中国餐饮协会会更加科学、合理。
With social development, the limitation of China Cuisine Association gradually stands out, an organization name which mainly focuses on food manufacturing. On the basis of systematic perception of social duty and malfunction of China Cuisine Association, in combination with the precise connotation of keywords and its contribution to longitudinal development and horizontal comparison of human dieting activities, name selections of organizations are analyzed and the name of China Cuisine Association is explored from the perspective of function evolution, which concludes that the name of China Food Association is more rational and scientific.
