摘要
针对地方工科院校的特点,提出地方工科院校学报办刊的创新思路。学报应突出地方工科院校的优势,打破封闭式的办刊观念和模式,将闭门办刊变为开门办刊,拓宽学报的办刊平台,将本地区工矿企业的新技术、新工艺、新成果、新改革积极引入学报,为学报在应用学科领域的创新开拓新路,更好地拓宽学院教师科研的思路、更好地为地方经济建设服务。
Based on the characteristics of local engineering and science colleges, innovative train of thoughts was put forward for the work of their journals. The advantages of the colleges should be brought to a prominent place; the open-door sponsorship should replace the close-door one by introducing the new technologies, process- es, achievements and reforms of local enterprises and institutions. Thus new ways are brazed for the journals in the field of applied science and technology. And the college teachers broaden their vision in their research work and serve the local economic development.
