摘要
以上海市科技金融发展情况为背景,阐述了国家自主创新示范区——上海张江示范区的科技金融概况及其不足,在此基础上分析张江示范区在政策、融资、担保和保险方面的做法和成效,并从政府引导、金融产品创新和风险分担等方面总结启示。
This paper discusses the general situation and shortcoming of technology finance of Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone in Shanghai. Then it analyzes the approaches and achievements in the aspects of policy,financing,guarantee and insurance. Finally,it summarizes the inspira tion for other high-tech industrial development zones in China from the aspects of government guidance, financial product innovation and risk sharing.
