摘要
科技金融是促进创新创业发展的助推器,是建设创新型国家和推动产业转型升级重要力量。我国的科技金融发展具有特殊的时代背景,具有动态融合的基本特征,这决定科技金融的发展是一项系统工程,需要高素质专业化宽视野复合型的专业人才来推动。从事科技金融活动的各类人才,所具备的素质由多源知识异构而成,要经过不断的理论学习和市场实践打磨才能形成。要加速科技金融人才的成长,要构建多种资源参与以开放平台为基础的人才培育网络,不断加强学习夯实金融理论基础,即时跟踪科技创新和业态的发展变化,与时俱进地推动金融理论和产品创新,通过全方位动手实践能力训练,使科技金融人才的素质和能力能满足发展的需要。
Technological financial is booster to promote development of innovation and entrepreneurship,is important power to construct innovative country and push forward industrial transformation.There are special backgrounds of technological finance of China,it has the basic characteristics of dynamic combination nature,which decide the development of technological finance is a systematic project,need high quality,professionalism,wide vision and complex talents to push forward.All kinds of talents engaged in technological finance activities whose capability is heterogeneous construct of different origin knowledge;it can be formed that need continuous theoretical study and market practices.In order to accelerate the growth of technological finance talents,should build talent training network which participate in multiple resources and basis of open platform,constantly strengthen learning and consolidate the foundation of financial theory,track of technological innovation and new development of industrious,promote theories and finance products innovate keep up with times,though all-round hands-on practices and ability training,make quality and ability of technical finance talents can meet the needs of development.
