风险投资对我国技术创新的作用研究被引量：68

摘要技术创新融资会出现不同于一般融资的外部性、信息不对称和道德风险问题,导致技术创新融资成本高以及投资不足,而风险投资是解决这些问题的一种有效的“市场”方式。本文实证证明了风险投资对我国技术创新有促进作用,但与美国存在一定的差距,于是提出了相关政策建议。
