摘要
目的评价广东英德引种广佛手的质量。方法选取广东英德与传统道地产地的广佛手样品,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其橙皮苷和5,7-二甲氧基香豆素的含量,色谱柱为Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相分别为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(33∶63∶2)和甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长分别为284 nm和326 nm。结果英德产广佛手符合《中国药典》标准,且橙皮苷和5,7-二甲氧基香豆素的平均含量均高于广佛手道地产区。结论广东英德产广佛手橙皮苷含量符合2010版《中国药典》规定,研究结果初步显示在英德引种广佛手是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis introduced in Yingde of Guangdong province. Methods Samples of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis introduced in Yingde and from traditional original place of Guangdong were used for the determination of hesperidin and 5, 7-dimethoxycoumarin content by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatographic column was Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18 column (250 mm- 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , mobile phase consisted of methanol - water - acetic acid or methanol - water, flow rate was 1.0 mL" min-1, detection wavelength was set at 284 nm and 326 nm. Results The quality of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis introduced in Yingde met the pharmacopoeia standard, and the contents of hesperidin and 5, 7- dimethoxycoumarin were higher than the average levels in Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis from traditional original place. Conclusion Hesperidin content in Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis introduced in Yingde meets the requirement of the 2010 version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, indicating that introduction of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis in Yingde is feasible.
