摘要
目的 :建立RP HPLC测定枳实中橙皮苷的含量。方法 :采用SymmetryC8柱 (3.9mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,甲醇 8%醋酸溶液 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,流速 0 .8ml·min 1,检测波长 2 85nm ,内标法定量。结果 :橙皮苷的进样量在 0 .0 0 5～ 0 .0 80 μg时 ,与橙皮苷和内标峰面积之比呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.2 % (n =6 )。结论 :方法灵敏、准确可靠、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE:To assay hesperidin in fructus aurantii immaturus RP HPLC.METHODS:Analytical column was Symmetry C 8(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm) and the column temperature was 35℃.The mobile phase consisted of Methanol 8% HAc(30∶70,pH2.4) and the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min 1 .Hesperidin was detected at UV 285 nm and quantified by internal standard method.RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.2%, RSD was 1.36%. CONCLUSION:The method was sensitive,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of fructus aurantii immaturus .
