摘要
目的：建立同时测定冠脉康片中橙皮苷和芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,柱温25℃,以乙腈-4%醋酸（25∶80）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果：芍药苷进样量在0.36~5.76μg（r=0.9997）范围内,橙皮苷进样量在0.006~0.096μg（r=0.9996）范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.4%和97.0%,RSD分别为1.09%（n=6）和1.21%（n=6）。结论：该方法简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Guanmaikang （ traditional Chinese medicines ） tablet. Methods ： The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil ODS C18 column （ 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm ） at 25℃, using acetonitrile-4.0% acetic acid solution （ 25 ： 80 ） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results ： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.36-5.76μ g and 0.006-0.096 μ g for paeoniflorin and hesperidin, the average recoveries were 97.4% （ RSD=1.09% ）and 97.0% （ RSD=1.21% ） for paeoniflorin and hesperidin respectively. Conclusions ： This method is convenient, accurate, reproducible and could be used to control the quality of Guanmaikang tablet.
