川丹通脉片中丹参酮ⅡА含量测定研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立川丹通脉片中有效成分丹参酮ⅡА含量测定HPLC方法。方法:选用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相;检测波长:270 nm;流速:1.0 m L·min^(-1);柱温:35℃。结果:HPLC法测定丹参酮ⅡА不存在干扰,丹参酮ⅡА进样量在1.486~44.570μg·m L^(-1)范围内时,线性关系良好;加样回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.37%。结论:该质量控制方法简便、稳定、可靠,可作为川丹通脉片中丹参酮ⅡА的含量测定方法。 Objective: To establish a determination method of active ingredient in Chuandan Tongmai tablets. Methods: The Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used, with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(75∶25). The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm, velocity of flow was 1.0 m L·min^-1, the column temperature wa 35 ℃. Results: The tanshinone Ⅱ A was not intervened with other impurities in this HPLC method. The calibration curve was linear when the concentrations of tanshinone Ⅱ A were within the range of 1.486 – 44.570 μg·m L^-1. The average recovery was 100.1%(RSD = 1.37%). Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, reliable, and can be adopted as the quality control method.
