摘要
目的建立复方益肝灵片定性定量方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别水飞蓟素和五仁醇浸膏;采用高效液相色谱法测定水飞蓟宾和五味子醇甲的含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,专属性强;水飞蓟宾在0.098 8～1.976μg(r=0.999 9)与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率99.7%,RSD为1.7%;五味子醇甲在0.095 1～1.902μg(r=0.999 9)与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率101.6%,RSD为1.7%。结论本法简便、可靠、准确,可用于复方益肝灵片的质量控制。
Objective To establish the qualitative and quantitative method for Fufang Yiganling Pian.Methods Silymarin and extractive material from Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis in Fufang Yiganling Pian were identified by TLC.The content of silybin and schisandrol A was determined by HPLC.Results The quality identification by TLC was clear,specific and well separated.The calibration curve of silybin was linear at 0.098 8-1.976 μg（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 99.7%,and RSD was 1.7%.The calibration curve of schisandrol A was linear at 0.095 1-1.902 μg（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 101.6%,and RSD was 1.7%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Yiganling Pian.
