方酰化双罗丹明型荧光探针的合成及对Fe^(3+)的识别

摘要 以罗丹明乙二胺、方酸二乙酯为原料合成了一个Fe3+荧光探针RSQ,其结构经1HNMR,MS,元素分析表征。通过荧光光谱法研究了RSQ在V(CH3CN)∶V(H2O)=95∶5溶液中对Fe3+的识别特性。结果表明,RSQ可作为荧光探针选择性识别Fe3+,识别过程是可逆的。 A novel Fe3+ fluorescent probe RSQ was synthe- sized by condensation reaction of rhodamine B ethylenediamine and diethyl squarate,and its structure was confirmed by 1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis. The recognition properties of RSQ with Fe3+ have been investigated in CH3CN/H2O (95/5, V/V) solution by the fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that the RSQ as fluorescent probe exhibi- ted selective recognition of Fe3+ and this recognition was reversible.
