摘要
本研究目的为探讨应用近红外光谱法快速测定大熊猫食用竹产品中水分,粗蛋白,粗纤维含量的可行性。应用偏最小二乘法分别建立了整枝竹,竹竿,竹小枝,竹叶中这三种成分的校正模型。结果表明,水分,粗蛋白,粗纤维校正模型效果较好,它们有较高的决定系数(RSQ),较低的交互验证误差(SECV)。通过对模型进行t检验,在显著水平大于0.05的情况下,近红外光谱法与标准参考方法测定水分、粗蛋白、粗纤维的结果之间无显著差异。该方法应用于同时测定大熊猫竹产品中水分,粗蛋白,粗纤维含量可行。
The aim of the present study was to investigate the feasibility of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) for rapid assessment of the moisture content, crude protein and crude fiber of bamboo products for giant pandas. NIR spectra from the whole bamboo, bamboo cane, bamboo pole, bamboo leaves were calibrated against the three parameters by partial least squares. The results showed that the calibration mode of moisture content, crude protein, and crude fiber was better with high determination coefficient (RSQ) and low error (SECV). By statistical significance test, the results of determination were compared with those of standard methods with no significant difference at 0.05level. The method has been applied to simultaneous determination of moisture content, crude protein and crude fiber of bamboo products for giant pandas with satisfactory results.
