摘要 为满足智能配电网对通信技术的需求,根据智能配电网通信系统的特性,针对现有异构无线网络环境下的网络选择算法均未考虑接入决策后网络状态变化的现状,提出了一种基于马尔可夫模型的配电异构无线网络选择算法。该算法考虑到配电网通信业务接入网络后网络可用带宽的变化会影响业务所能得到的服务质量水平,针对网络可用带宽在业务选择网络时刻和之后时刻的动态变化建立马尔可夫模型,采用马尔可夫模型预测网络选择之后时刻业务所得到的收益值,并结合网络选择时刻的收益值以选择最优网络接入。仿真结果表明,该算法在保证网络畅通的同时,可以有效地提高配电网通信业务接入网络后的服务质量水平,提升网络整体性能,保证智能配电网运行的可靠、经济、安全、高效。 In order to meet the requirement of communication technique for smart distribution grid (SDG),a heterogeneous wireless network selection algorithm for SDG based on Markov model is proposed to solve the problem that current network selection algorithms of heterogeneous wireless network do not consider the diversification of access network status according to the characteristics of communication system for SDG.Due to the QoS of communication services affected by the diversification of available bandwidth for SDG when the communication service of distributed grid is accessed,Markov model is built according to the dynamic variation of available bandwidth when and after network is selected,based on which the obtained benefit is forecasted,then the access of optimal network can be chosen.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the service quality level and network performance in SDG,which guarantee the operation reliability,economic,security and efficiency of SDG.
