摘要
文章从剖析通信业务需求的转变入手,提出了业务网、承载网建设在"十二五"期间应注意的技术问题,并从分析城市电力通信网的实际特点入手,阐述了在网络建设、专业管理等方面应重点关注的问题。
In this paper, the needs of the communication service are analyzed at first, then some technical problems of the business network and carrying network construction in the 12th Five-Year Plan period are presented, and some issues on network construction and management are illuminated.
