摘要
阐述了智能配电网的内涵、特征以及我国智能配电网的发展目标,在此基础上提出了智能配电网的技术框架:完善电网基础设施、构建信息通信技术支撑和发展电网智能应用,并对各个环节的主要技术组成进行了探讨,以期为我国智能配电网的进一步研究及实现提供参考。
While expounding the connotation and features of the smart distribution network and its goal of development in China, this paper proposes a technical framework for the construction of the smart distribution network, which includes improvement of the network infrastructure, building of the information communication support and development of the intelligent application system. The introduction of the framework is followed by a discussion on the main technical composition of each aspect in the framework in a hope to provide useful reference for further studies and implementation of the smart distribution network.
