摘要
基于转向阿克曼原理,在假定汽车前轮定位角都等于零,轮胎为绝对刚体,汽车以低速转弯行驶的前提下,通过建立汽车转向机构的平面数学模型,提出了左右转向理论特性线和转向理想椭圆的概念,并推导论证其合理性。为汽车纯滚动转向研究和转向梯形机构校核提供了一种新思路,可以更准确地评判汽车纯滚动转向品质,也为转向机构几何尺寸的设计提供了新的参考依据。
Based on steering Ackerman principle,on the as- sumption that the car front wheel alignment angles were equal to zero, tires for absolutely rigid, it built a planar mathematical model of automotive steering mechanism on the premise of automobile turn driving at low speed. It put forward two concepts which the theoretical characteristic hnes of turn left and right, and the steer- ing ideal ellipse, meanwhile deduced and demonstrated their ratio- nality. It provided a new idea for research of steering with complete rolling and check of steering trapezium mechanism. It could more accurately judge the quality of steering with complete rolling, and provided a new design reference for geometrical dimensions of steering mechanism.
