摘要
针对现有汽车转向理论的不足,以典型的整体式转向机构为基础,提出了理想转向梯形的概念,建立了理想转向梯形的数学模型,用理想转向梯形横拉杆与实际转向机构横拉杆的偏差作为优化目标,通过对实车参数进行优化设计得到了更好的参数组合,验证了用长度单位作为转向梯形机构校核的评判依据,跟传统的以角度为依据的转角误差相比,更易量化和比较,也更直观准确。
The concept of ideal steering-trapezium was presented based on the typical integral steering-mechanism, whose mathematical model was then established. The deviation between the ideal steering-trapezoid tie-rod and the actual tie-rod was taken as an optimized target, and a better parameter combination was get by the optimization of real vehicle parameters. It is verified that the length unit taken as a standard has an advantage over the traditional one with angular error as a judge, which has easier quantification, comparison and is more accurate.
