摘要
从生鲜农产品冷链物流发展的现状出发,分析国内主要生鲜食品的损失情况,将我国冷链运营指标与以日本、美国为代表的发达国家做了对比,提出了提高我国冷链物流运营水平的一些必要措施和建议。
In this paper, starting from the current status of the development of the fresh farm produce cold chain logistics, we analyzed the situation of the waste of the major fresh produce of China, compared the operation indexes of the cold chain of China with those of the developed countries as represented by Japan and America, and proposed a series of necessary measures and suggestions to improve the operational level of the cold-chain logistics of China.
