摘要
本文建立了供应商与销售商协同补货策略下的食品冷链均衡模型。供应商与销售商通过协同补货的方式形成一个整体(记为协同补货整体),与消费者组成了非合作博弈的两个主体,两者追求各自的最大利益,最终达到食品冷链在产品数量及价格的均衡状态。本文首次运用不动点思想设计了求解均衡模型的迭代算法,算例分析证明了本文模型的实用性及算法的可行性。
Based on the economic equilibrium theory, supply chain equilibrium can be achieved when various components of supply chain components reach the steady state. Food cold chain, as a special supply chain, plays an important part in safeguarding food safety, maintaining society stability and improving food value. As foods are perishable, their nutritional values will become low if they are not fresh. Food cold chain equilibrium becomes an important food characteristic in the supply chain management. This paper proposes an equilibrium model of food cold chain based on the collaborative replenishment policy between a supplier and a retailer. A comprehensive collaborative replenishment should include supplier, retailer, and consumers in a non-cooperative game. After considering the information of food demand as well as their production and marketing capacity, collaborative replenishment will choose appropriate order quantity and sale price in order to maximize profit. Consumers will determine their purchase volume to maximize satisfaction by considering demand for, as well as price and nutritional value of food. Supply chain partners will adjust strategies to maximize benefits and finally achieve the equilibrium condition in terms of food quantity and price. An iterative algorithm using the fixed point is designed for the first time to solve the equilibrium model, and a numeric example is illustrated to show the applicability of the proposed model and the algorithm. In the first part, this paper introduces the food cold chain equilibrium based on collaborative replenishment, propose a basic framework, and explain eight important assumptions as well as the variables needed for the model. The second part discusses the construction of the equilibrium model. This part presents a mathematical formula about the maximum benefit gained by a comprehensive collaborative replenishment, and the outcome of the supply chain game.
