摘要
运用问卷调查法,对大学生课外体育锻炼阶段分布状况进行分析,探讨人口统计学变量对课外体育锻炼自我管理技能的影响。研究结果表明:仅有三分之一的大学生养成了规律性体育锻炼的习惯;性别、年级、专业等因素对体力活动自我管理技能具有明显的统计学差异,体育锻炼阶段对体力活动自我管理技能没有显著差异;研究结果表明大学生体育锻炼自我管理技能有待提高,此外还要培养学生的终身锻炼的意识。
This study analysed the distributions of different physical training stages among university students and further probes into the influence of demographic variables on extracurricular physical training self--management with the application of questionnaire survey. It indicated that the regular and irregular physical training respectively shared one third among all kinds of physical exercise. Compared with other demographic factors, the gender, grade and grade differences had much more significant influence on students physical activities self management skills which needed improving demonstrated by this study.
