摘要
目的探讨在校大专护生心理控制源与职业认同的相关性。方法采用护生用护士职业认同问卷和内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表(Internality,Powerful Others,and Chance Scale,IPC量表),对145名在校大专护生施测。采用t检验、Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归分析进行数据处理。结果本组护生IPC量表中,内控性(I)、有势力的他人(P)分量表得分均低于常模及国内相关研究对226名实习护生的调查结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生职业认同呈中上水平,总均分为(3.69±0.44)分;护生心理控制源中内控性、有势力的他人对其职业认同水平具有一定预测作用,职业认同水平与其内控性分量表得分呈显著正相关,与有势力的他人分量表得分呈负相关。结论在校大专护生的心理控制源与其职业认同相互作用,互为因果,护理教育者应重视护生心理控制源的管理,通过各种教育活动引导在校护生由外控向内控转变,针对在校护生的内控性、外控性特点,因人而异、适时地促其提升职业认同水平。
