摘要
目的探讨SARS后护士工作满意度的水平及其影响因素。方法采用Mueller/McCloskey满意度量表对广州市667名工作1年以上的在职护士进行调查。结果护士的工作满意度水平较SARS前有所提高,但总满意度均分≥4分的仅占17.09%,其中最不满意的是福利待遇较低,其次是缺乏社会或专业上交流、交往机会;不同职务、有无按职上岗、家人支持度及入学志愿是影响护士工作满意度的主要因素。结论护理管理及护理教育者应进一步采取有效措施,提高护士的工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the level of nurse's satisfaction with their jobs and the related factors after SARS. Methods Mueller/McCloskey Satisfact ion Scale was used to investigate among the 667 nurses working for more than one year in Guangzhou. Results Though the satisfaction level went up compared with pre-SARS, 17.09% of them had average score more than 4 points in the total sati sfaction level. The factor they were most dissatisfied with was their poorer wel l-being and lower salaries, followed by lack of social or professional communica tion and exchanges. Positions, accession according to the post, family's support and wish for enrollment were the major factors affecting their satisfaction wit h their job. Conclusion The nursing administrators and nursing educators should take effective measures to raise nurse's satisfaction with their job.
