摘要
针对目前海南手工或半手工椰子加工现状以及椰子产品的需求前景,设计一种新型的椰子剥衣机。用PLC技术以及机械手技术来控制整个椰子剥衣的过程,使得椰衣的一次剥除率达90%,椰果损伤率在5%以内,操作简单方便,对椰衣纤维的破坏降到了最低,从而提高椰子的剥衣安全性和效率以及综合利用率,真正实现整个加工的全自动化。
Aiming at Coconut's production handcraft or half-hand craft and the growing business needs in Hainan, a new type of coco nut decorticator was designed. By using the PLC technology and me- chanical technology to control the process, the one time stripping rate of coconut coating peeling reached of 90% with the rate of coco- nut's damage under 5%. The method was simple, less destructive, safety, efficiency and could improve the multipurpose utilization of coconut stripping, and realize the whole process fully automated.
