摘要
目的探讨提升基层医院护士执行力的方法及临床效果,提高护理质量及护理满意度。方法2012年1月至2013年1月,通过加强护理文化建设、健全管理机制、建立激励机制、强化沟通等方式,提升护士执行力,对实施前后护理满意度及护理质量评分进行比较。结果实施后护理满意度为99.0%,高于实施前的93.6%,差异有统计学意义(x2=20.46,P〈0.05),实施后护理质量评分为(98.5±0.7)分,高于实施前的(96.0±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t:5.20,P〈0.05)。结论提升护士执行力能够提高护理质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of the improvement of nurses' execution in primary hospital in order to enhance the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction. Methods The nurses' execution was enhanced by strengthening the construction of nursing culture, improving the management mechanism, setting up incentive mechanism, strengthen communication mode and so on from January 2012 to January 2013. The scores of the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation. Results The nursing satisfaction was 99.0% after the implementation, and was higher than 93.6% before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 20.46, P 〈 0.05). The score of the quality of nursing was (98.5 ± 0.7 ) after the implementation, and was higher than (96.0 ± 0.8) before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 5. 20, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The improvement of nurses' execution in primary hospital can enhance the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.
