摘要
医院在加强医院管理中,运用优质、高效、低耗的管理思路,促进了医院建设与发展。通过其实践体会到:转换机制是实现优质、高效、低耗的前提,服务社会是优质、高效、低耗的宗旨,健全管理机制是优质、高效、低耗的核心,投入发展是优质、高效、低耗的源泉,经济核算是优质、高效、低耗的杠杆,合理分配是优质、高效、低耗的动力。
To strengthen hospital administration the hospital uses the thinking ways of quality, effective and economical administration(QEEA) to promote its construction and development. From practical experiences, the authors learn that mechanism transition is the prerequisite for QEEA; serving the public is the principal aim of QEEA; improving the hospital administration is the core of QEEA; input is the source of QEEA; financial auditing is the lever; and reasonable compensation is the propelling power of QEEA.
