摘要
从汽车铝合金活塞铸造工艺出发,分析了铝合金活塞铸件的特征和技术要求,确定了金属型低压铸造铝合金活塞的铸造工艺,并对金属型低压铸造中出现的问题进行讨论,从而实现了汽车铝活塞金属型铸造。
From the casting process for automotive aluminum piston, the characteristics and technical requirements of aluminum alloy piston castings were analyzed, the low pressure casting process for aluminum alloy pistons was determined, and the problems in metal low-pressure casting were discussed. Thus the metal-mould casting process for automotive aluminum piston was achieved.
