摘要
针对国内大部分调压铸造系统手动操作的缺点,运用计算机对其进行控制可以显著提高铸件质量,减轻工人劳动强度。该系统根据分布式控制思想,采用合适的pcl工控板构成计算机控制系统的硬件结构,并依此编写软件进行控制。经现场调试检验,该系统具有工艺适应性好,操作简便的优点,即将运用于实际工业化生产。
Comparing to the manual control,Applying computer to control adjusted pressure casting system has much merit.The quality of products can be thoroughly improved and the burden of operators can be significantly reduced.According to the idea of distributed monitoring and control,choosing appropriate Programmable Logic Controller to construct hardware construction and compiling software to control it is the complete work.With the test and debugging,the system manifests the stabilization and controllability. The system is coming to be applied on industrial manufacturing.
