摘要
针对低压铸造工艺中单纯手动方式的液面加压控制不能保证铸件质量要求的问题,采用电磁阀-针形阀代替传统手动控制,实现液面加压控制的半自动化,提高了铸件的质量,保证了生产效率和减少投入成本。
Aimed at the problems that the liquid level pressure control by simple manual way in low-pressure casting process can not guarantee the quality requirements of the casting, using a solenoid-needle valve to replace the traditional manual control achieved semi-automated liquid level pressure control, improved the quality of the castings, ensured production efficiency and reduced input costs.
