摘要
调研了部分地方农业科学院所属企业薪酬管理制度。结果表明,目前企业薪酬管理制度存在制度实施不规范、结构失衡、缺失公平性、缺乏沟通4个方面问题,并提出了针对性的对策和建议。
The current compensation management systems were investigated in parts of enterprises under provincial academies of agricultural sciences.The results showed that the current compensation management systems had four common problems:no criterion of system implementation,structural imbalance,defect in equity,and lack of communication.And some countermeasures and suggestions were made.
