摘要
薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的核心内容,因此,如何适应市场需要,建立适合建筑企业自身的薪酬管理制度与分配方案,以充分调动职工的工作积极性,最大限度地开发企业人力资源的潜能,便成为当前的重要课题。文章分析了建筑企业现行薪酬管理制度中存在的问题并进行对策探讨。
Compensation management is the core content of the corporate human resource management,therefore how do we to adapt to market needs for construction enterprise compensation management systems and distribution solutions to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of workers,and to maximize the development potential of corporate human resources,that becomes an important issue in the current.The article analyzes the existing problems in the existing remuneration system of the construction enterprises and countermeasures.
