摘要
信息沟通的重要性已被人们所认识。当今,管理者往往只注重对外部环境的协调而忽视内部的沟通。要从沟通在管理中的作用入手,探讨沟通在管理中的应用,归纳出信息沟通中可能出现的障碍并提出相应的解决措施,总结有关信息沟通经验,寻找沟通的合理途径,有效发挥沟通的作用。
It is well known that information communication is very important. However, managers nowadays often pay more attention to the coordination of external environment but ignore the internal communication. This article begins with the effects of communication. It discusses the application of communication in management, finds out the obstacles which might appear and presents the corresponding solutions. Meanwhile, it summarizes the related communicating experiences and searches for the reasonable communicating way to put communication into full play.
