摘要
读者满意度是衡量图书馆管理与服务水平的重要标志。本文从读者需求角度出发,结合高校图书馆的特点,运用层次分析法的研究步骤,制定了一套适合于高校图书馆读者满意度的评价指标体系,并根据层次分析法的要求,计算出各指标的权重,设计读者调查问卷,给出综合评价值的计算方法。最后以长春工程学院图书馆为研究对象对该评价方法进行了实证研究,根据长春工程学院读者对图书馆各个方面满意度的调查结果,找出图书馆服务与读者需求之间的差距,并进行不断的改进,研究结果证明该评价方法科学有效。
It is an important mark of reader satisfaction degree to measure library management and service level. The article laid down a set of evaluation system which is suitable to reader satisfaction degree of university library, starting from the view of readers, connecting with feathers of university library, and using the step of analytic hierarchy process. According to analytic hi- erarehy process requirement, it then calculated the weight of index, designed readers questionnaire, and provided the computing method of the comprehensive evaluation value. It finally carried out the empirical study on the evaluation method, regarding Clumgchun institute of technology library as research target, and found out the difference between library service and read demand, according to the finding of reader satisfaction degree to each aspect of library, and then made the improving. The findings proved the evaluation method is scientific and effective.
