摘要
建立用户完全满意的服务理念和服务模式,提高用户满意度,是图书馆追求的永恒目标。本文从识别影响用户满意的因素出发,分析了影响用户满意度的各个环节和过程,在此基础上提出了图书馆提高用户满意度的对策和措施。
The perpetual goals that libraries cherish are to create novel service ideas and models to raise user satisfaction level.This paper identifies the factors that influence library user satisfaction level, analyzes all the links and process that affect the level,and puts forth the measures and suggestions to raise the level.
