随着数字图书馆概念的出现 ,现代高校图书馆面临着被其他信息机构取代和馆员下岗的危机。提供更好的服务是高校图书馆的核心价值 ,也是克服危机的最佳良方。为此 ,必须遵循“以人为本”的理论 ,创建品牌化服务 ,全面引进ISO90 0 1质量管理体系 ,并从信息服务转向知识服务。
With the emergence of the concept of digital libraries, the mordern college library faces the organization of other information to replace with the crisis that the librarians are unemployed. The better service is the core value of the college library, which the best good method to overcome crisis. For this, we must follow the theory to set up the brand systems service and face the knowledge service from the information.
