摘要
高校青年教师在课堂教学工作上存在教学经验不足、教学基本功不过硬和教学模式单一等五大问题,其主要原因包括"重科研轻教学"的政策导向、教师招聘标准不科学、青年教师培训体系不完善等。可通过改变高校办学理念、加强青年教师师德建设、完善教师培训体系等措施解决问题。
In young teachers＇ teaching quality in higher education institutions, there are such problems as lack of experience in teaching, poor teaching skills, and so on. On the basis of analyzing the reasons, this paper provides the corresponding tactics including changing the higher education＇s idea, strengthening young teachers ethics construction, improving the teachers＇ training system, etc.
