摘要
青年教师是高校未来发展的重要师资队伍,如何利用现代人才管理手段对青年教师进行发展规划与培养,是高校挖掘人才潜力、实现人才战略和可持续发展的重要举措。本文就高校青年教师的发展规划与培养进行了初步的探讨。
Youth teachers are very important for the future development of colleges and universities.How to develop and train them in the modern way of talents management is a vital part of tapping talents' potentials and achieving the strategic and sustainable development of talents in colleges and universities.The thesis makes a probe into the development and training of youth teachers in colleges and universities.
