摘要
根据教师工作和个性特点,针对现行高校教师管理制度中的弊端,用以人为本的理念来创新高校青年教师激励机制,以切实提高激励的质量。提出具体的对策建议:增强青年教师的激励意识和能力;建立和完善多样化的激励措施;建立科学的监控评价机制:采用刚柔并举的运行方式。为保障激励效果,还要注意透明度问题、稳定性问题和管理者素质问题。
According to characteristics of college junior staffs work, some approaches on the jumor staff management are proposed with people-oriented in order to get rid of some disadvantages of current management. In the paper detailed suggestions are presented, including various incentive mechanism and scientific monitoring system, in which their innovation is stressed. Awarding and penalty system is adopted in the system. Transparency, stability and quality of the manager are very important factors in the practice in the paper.
