摘要 实施教师素质综合评价,是高校科学管理的重要手段。高校必须改革教师素质综合评价体系,根据教育教学规律和教师职业特征,明确教师素质综合评价的目标,合理设置评价内容,运用正确的评价手段,调动教师的工作积极性,促进教师队伍建设,提高高校竞争力。 The implementation of the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of teachers is an important means of scientific management of universities. Colleges and universities must reform the comprehensive evaluation system of teacher quality. According to education law and occupational characteristics of teachers, we must make clear the goal of comprehensive evaluation of teacher quality, reasonably set the contents of evaluation, use proper means of evaluation, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, promote the construction of teachers' team, and improve the competitiveness of universities.
