摘要
为了使教学反思成为教师的自觉行动,成为提高教学质量的重要手段,中学教师必须培养教学反思能力。当前教学反思中存在的主要问题有教学反思意识不强、反思内容单一、反思过程形式化、反思行为疏离实践等。为改变这种现状,中学教师应认识教学反思的重要性,加强教学理论学习并立足教学实践,使教学反思贯穿整个教学过程,以此培养教学反思能力,提高教学效益。
In order to make teaching reflection become teachers' autonomous activity and an important way of improving teaching quality, middle school teachers' ability of teaching reflection should be cultivated. There are mainly the following problems in the current teaching reflection, that is, weak awareness of teaching reflection, single content of reflection, formalized process of reflection and the isolation of reflection from practice. In order to solve the current situation, middle school teachers should recognize the importance of teaching reflection, enhance theoretical learning based on teaching practice, and make teaching reflection run through the whole teaching process, so as to cultivate the ability of teaching reflection and improve teaching efficiency.
