摘要
新加坡南洋理工学院从担负的历史使命出发,围绕为国家经济社会培养助理工程师等高技能人才,在组织架构、管理机制、人员选任与管理、教学运行模式、配套保障体系等方面,进行了科学而系统的自顶向下的制度设计,保证了学校系统的运行不偏离目标且实现了高效率。
Proceeding from the historical mission and the training of highly - skilled talents such as assistant engineers for the national economy and society, Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic makes a scientific systematic design, and ensures that the school system is running well around her goal and achieve high efficiency in the respects of the organizational struc- ture, the management mechanism, the election and management of officers, the operation of the teaching mode and the sup- porting security system.
