摘要
目的 证实无环鸟苷能够作用于潜伏单疱病毒的激活阶段 ,抑制病毒活化。方法 以Balb/c小鼠作为潜伏感染模型 ,以紫外线B照射为激活条件 ,治疗组给予无环鸟苷口服 ,停药后 1天处死动物检测活化病毒。结果 治疗组3 0例中无 1例 ,而对照组 3 0例中有 12例检测出活化病毒 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗至照射后 2天的 10只鼠无 1例 ,而相应对照组 10只中 6例检出活化病毒 (P <0 0 1)。结论 预防性应用ACV特异作用于病毒激活期 ,有效的抑制病毒活化。
ObjectiveTo determine that prophylactic oral acyclovir can particularly effective at the reactivation period of herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV 1).MethodsLatent infection with HSV 1 was established in 60 Balb/c mice. 30 of them were given acyclovir(ACV) on 2,3,4 d respectively,after UV B radiation and killed 1 d after the end of ACV used,30 serving as control were killed at the same time with corresponding ACV group.Cornea and trigeminal ganglia were removed to detect reactivated virus.ResultsNone of the 30 received ACV and 12 of the 30 control showed virus( P <0 01).None of the 10 received ACV on 2 d after radiation and 6 of the 10 corresponding control showed virus( P <0 01).It showed that the viral reactivation was effectively inhibited in ACV group.ConclusionProphylactic ACV particularly acts at the reactivate period,and can effectively reduce the latent viral reactivation in herpes simplex keratitis.
