摘要
目的:观察解毒明目方药对鼠复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)血清细胞因子(IL-6、IL-8、IFN-α)水平的影响、检测病毒、观察复发情况,来进一步探讨该药物治疗作用机制。方法:用Balb/c小鼠建立潜伏感染模型,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组使用中药灌胃,对照组使用生理盐水灌胃,两组经紫外线B光(UV-B)照射诱导复发后,角膜刮片检测病毒,处死小鼠取血清检测胞因子(IL-6、IL-8、IFN-α)水平。结果:HSK复发,治疗组角膜炎的发生率较对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);与对照组比较血清中IL-6(P<0.05)、IL-8(P<0.01)、IFN-α(P<0.05)。结论:中药解毒明目方可以影响血清中细胞因子(IL-6、IL-8、IFN-α)的水平,使其发挥调整机体免疫功能的作用,可以减轻HSK复发后炎症反应程度。
AIM ： To explored the treatment of disintoxicating-clear- vision recipe in the recurrence herpes virulent keratitis （HSK） by detected the level of the cell factor （IL-6, IL-8, IFN-α） in serum in model of mouse, and to discuss its mechanism. METHODS： We established the incubationary carrier model with the Balb/c mouse and randomly divided them into the control group and the treatment group. The mice in the treatment group were given Traditional Chinese Medicine from stomach while the controls given NS. Both groups were induced recurrence by the ultraviolet ray B. The virus was checked in the cornea blow the piece examination, and the level of cell factor （IL-6, IL-8, IFN-α） were measured in serum. RESULTS： In our study, the incidence of interstitial keratitis in the treatment group was statistically lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. There were sign-ificant differences in IL-6 （ P〈 0.05）, IL-8 （ P〈 0.01 ）, IFN-α （ P〈 0.05） compared with the controts. CONCLUSION. Traditional Chinese Medicine disintoxicatingclear-vision can change the cell factors （ IL-6, IL-8, IFN-α） in serum, and plays a regulatory role in immune function and reduces inflammation in the recurrence of HSK.
